Sneaky Septic.....Park City Paradise

If your not familiar with Septic tanks, they need to be emptied once in a while.  The saying "out of sight, out of mind"  often times makes people delay the emptying of said Septic tank, for it is not a lovely job.  Well, a strange smell let us know that we were overdue for our cleaning.  The kids pitched in and helped Seth dig down to the lid and opened up the wonderful Septic world.  Our Hero showed up in the form of "Hero Plumbing,"  yes their slogan is "Let us be your Hero."  And yes, when you open that Septic lid and the wave of smell and total grossness hits you, you truly believe that the person you PAY to clean it out is your HERO!

We've been spending time in our garden and things are coming along nicely.
We have already eaten some red tomatoes.  Unfortunately, after 3 different unsuccessful plantings,
we will not be getting the beloved fresh peas.

Park City

Monday-Thursday, Seth and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Park City.  Grandma Grace and Grandpa Dale gratefully watched our cuties, while we relaxed.  Grandma and Grandpa "next door"  took care of our animals and garden.  We are so thankful!!! it was so nice to spend some alone time together.  Tuesday we went to Salt Lake so we could go to the temple,  As we were waiting for our session to begin, Richard G. Scott came in and sat right next to Seth.
Overall being in the temple is a wonderful experience, that just made it even better.
It was an honor to be in his presence for over 2 hours.

We went on the Alpine slide and the sky coaster, did some hiking, wandered along mainstreet, and shopped at the outlet mall.

Our kids loved spending time with Grandma and Grandpa Dale and Cole, Aspen and Brylie.  I'm sure we'll be hearing about their "vacation" the rest of the summer.  Glad we ALL had a great time.
